Performance of Azeri and Uzbek musicians arouses interest in Baku
Baku, March 17 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijani and Uzbek musicians performed within “Mugham World” International Festival at the International Mugham Center on Wednesday.
Azerbaijan`s Honored Artist Tayyar Bayramov accompanied by Elchin Hashimov (tar, Azeri national instrument), Elnur Ahmadov (kamancha, Azeri national instrument), Nizami Allahverdiyev (balaban, Azeri national instrument), Kamran Karimov (drum, Azeri national instrument), Galib Hashimov (ud) and Khadija Hasanova (canon) opened the event with “Shur” mugham.
Uzbek musician Yulduz Turdiyeva with her composition “Shashmakom” admired the audience.
Yulduz Turdiyeva won the first place in the 1st international Mugham Festival held in Baku in 2009.
