Azerbaijan mulls cooperation with World Bank and IMF
Washington, March 17 (AzerTAc). Elman Rustamov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Central Bank met here with Michel Mordasini, Executive Directof of the World Bank and Rene Weber, Executive Director of the Internatioanl Monetary Fund to discuss cooperation and economic situation in Azerbaijan.
Rustamov pointed out Azerbaijan is one of the world`s leaders in terms of economic growth rates.
Mordasini and Weber, for their part, expressed satisfction with the high level of Azerbaijan`s relatinos with these organiations.
Rustamov presetned keepsakes reflecting Azerbaijan`s culture to both directors.

Rustamov also met with World Bank operations director Theodore Ahlers and WB direecotr for South Caucasus Asad Alam
Alam noted projects for capital market modernization and irragation system in Azerbaijan will be discussed by the WB Board of Directors.
