Azerbaijan, World Bank discuss prospects for cooperation
Washington, March 17 (AzerTAc). Chairman of the Azerbaijan Central Bank Elman Rustamov has met World Bank`s president Robert Zoellick, as part of “the Days of Azerbaijan” in the World Bank Group`s head office in Washington.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on the history of cooperation, achievements and prospects for relationship.
They also discussed various directions of a new economic development strategy for the country.
Rustamov said the WB had supported Azerbaijan in the forming economic financial system.
The parties discussed joint projects implemented and business environment.
