Frozen conflicts discussed in Sweden
Baku, March 19 (AzerTAc). A conference entitled “Frozen conflicts in Europe” was held in the Sweden`s Lund University.
The event organized by Azerbaijan`s embassy and Azeri students studying in this country brought together Diaspora representatives, foreign students including Armenians studying there.
Ambassador Rafael Ibrahimov told of the history of the country, Azerbaijan-Sweden ties, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, in particular Khojaly genocide.
The diplomat also spoke about social, economic development after Azerbaijan regained its independence.
Ibrahimov briefed participants on the killing of Azerbaijani kid by Armenian sniper. He underlined he wants the conflict to be solved on the basis of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
The books “Armenian terror” “Release us from captivity” and Erich Feigl`s publication “Armenian Mythomania” and other books as well as video materials were presented to the University.
