Baku, March 22 (AzerTAc). “Azerbaijan is a leading economy in the region today. The country`s economy accounts for 75% of the South Caucasus`s economy,” President Ilham Aliyev said in his speech at Novruz festivities on March 19.
The Head of State underlined steps undertaken in economy and energy field fuel country`s development and has a strong impact on regional processes.
“Projects implemented by Azerbaijan have already gone beyond the region and these projects are of great international importance,” he said.
