Vienna hosts forum on “Black Sea Region”
Vienna, March 29 (AzerTAc). The first forum entitled “Black Sea Region” has been held in Vienna, Austria.
The first event of the forum dealt with Azerbaijan.
The event brought together representatives of Austrian companies and universities, students and journalists.
Austrian ambassador to Azerbaijan Mrs. Silvia Mayer Kaybic delivered a lecture about the country.
She noted Austria opened embassy in Azerbaijan last year.
She underlined the main targets of the embassy was to deepen economic, science, education and cultural relations between the countries.
She also briefed participants on the role of Azerbaijan in the region, oil and gas industry and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
