Baku to host third Think Tanks Forum of OIC Countries
Baku (AzerTAc) - The 3rd Think Tanks Forum of the OIC Countries will be held in Baku on March 1-2, 2012.
The decision has been adopted at the 2nd Think Tanks Forum of the OIC Countries in Istanbul.
Chairmen of the think tanks from OIC countries, diplomats, officials, media members, specialists and academicians who are connected with the meeting’s subjects participated in the Forum.
The forum focused on Public Diplomacy: Theoretical and Conceptual Framework, the Actors in Public Diplomacy, security and public diplomacy, education, cultural activities and public diplomacy, foreign policy and public diplomacy, economic activities and public diplomacy.
Azerbaijan was represented at the forum by Javid Valiyev, research fellow of the Center for Strategic Studies.
