On April 6, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev made a telephone call to Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The Head of State congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev, who won the presidential elections with overwhelming majority and wished him robust health and successes in his statehood activity.
Nursultan Nazarbayev thanked President Ilham Aliyev for the congratulation and attention.
During the conversation, the presidents expressed satisfaction with successful development of bilateral relations between the two countries.
The heads of state also expressed confidence that Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan relations would continue to develop.
