Azerbaijan, China boost information cooperation
Baku, April 8 (AzerTAc). A delegation of the China`s Xinhua news agency led by director of Asia-Europe Bureau Zhang Tiegang visited the Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency (AzerTAc).
The meeting featured discussion on bilateral cooperation. The sides stressed the necessity to sign a contract in near future.
The news agencies of Azerbaijan and China cooperate within the Organization of Asia-Pacific News Agencies (OANA).
Tiegang highlighted cooperation between AzerTAc and Xinhua. He welcomed opening of a bureau of AzerTAc in Beijing and that of Xinhua in Baku.
