Baku and Caspian Bishop blesses construction of Belarus embassy`s new building in Baku

Baku and Caspian Bishop Father Alexander has blessed the construction of a new building of Belarus` embassy in Baku.
The ceremony was attended by heads and employees of foreign diplomatic missions in Azerbaijan.
The foundation stone laying ceremony for the building took place last year with the participation of the Azerbaijani and Belarus presidents.
