Azerbaijan, Georgia discuss cultural relations
Baku, June 21 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s prime minister Artur Rasizade and Georgia`s minister of culture and monuments protection Nikoloz Rurua have discussed the bilateral cultural relations.
They stressed the importance of preserving and developing the two countries` ties. They said the people of Azerbaijan and Georgia were bound together by ties of history, friendship and good neighborhood.
They emphasized the necessity of high-level mutual confidence, saying it was very important in terms of ensuring peace and stability in the region.
Azeri culture and tourism minister Abulfas Garayev and Georgia`s ambassador in Baku Teymuraz Sharashenidze were present at the meeting.
