Armenian delegation`s political failure failure at PACE

Strasbourg, June 21 (AzerTAc). The delegation of Armenia refused to participate in the meeting of the subcommittee on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as part of the PACE summer session.
The meeting gathered members of the Azerbaijan`s delegation, representatives of various political parties including co-rapporteurs for Armenia and PACE secretariat officials, head of the Azerbaijani delegation Samad Seyidov told AzerTAc.
It was said at the event that Armenia`s refusal would cause bad results.
Seyidov noted the Azerbaijani side had always been constructive in peace talks and acted on international law. According to him, Armenia does not intend to abide by international norms.
He pointed out Armenian leader Serzh Sargsyan`s expected speech at the session would not change anything because Armenian MPs show that they refuse to work in the PACE sub-committee.
The work of the PACE sub-committee was resumed on January 25, 2011. The make-up of the committee was approved. Armenia made everything possible to put an obstacle to its activity. They failed to achieve anything.
