Azeri official attending regional conference on NGO-Government cooperation in Budapest
Baku, June 23 (AzerTAc). Chairman of the Council of State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations under the Azerbaijani President, MP Azay Guliyev is taking part in a regional conference entitled “Effective model of NGO-Government cooperation” in Budapest, Hungary.
Guliyev will make a presentation on growth rate of NGO sector in Azerbaijan, new stage in NGO-Government relations and the state financing of NGO projects, the Milli majlis said.
The Azerbaijani model of the government financing of NGOs will be discussed at the event as one of the best European practices.
Representatives of NGO of European Union countries, international organizations and officials are participating in the conference.
