Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan discuss foreign relations
Baku, July 4 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has today met Speaker of Kyrgyzstan`s parliament Akhmatbek Keldibekov.
Keldibekov praised “rapid development” of Azerbaijan.
“The people of Kyrgyzstan welcome Azerbaijan`s successes with pleasure,” said the Kyrgyz Speaker.
The Speaker said the two countries share cultural, historical and religious roots.
He added “it is very important that our countries support each other”.
He underlined “official Bishkek backs Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity”.
The Azeri FM stressed the importance of developing relations in all fields.
Mammadyarov said the two countries enjoy big potential to expand economic cooperation.
They also discussed latest developments in the Middle Asia and Southern Caucasus.
