Kuwaiti PM meets Sultan Qaboos
MUSCAT, July 5 (KUNA) -- Sultan Qaboos bin Said Al-Said received on Tuesday at Al-Baraka House His Highness the Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, Sheikh Nasser conveyed greetings by HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the Kuwaiti people to the Sultan, expressing best wishes and prosperity to the Omani leadership and people.
The meeting also highlighted ways of boosting bilateral cooperation in various fields for the benefit of the peoples in both countries.
Furthermore, the meeting tackled issues of mutual concern, developments in the region and international arena.
The meeting included Omani offici als and Sheikh Nasser accompanying delegation.
Later, a one-on-one two-hour meeting took place between Sultan Qaboos and Sheikh Nasser.
