Participants of Azerbaijan-China working group`s meeting pay respect to national leader Heydar Aliyev

Baku, July 11 (AzerTAc). Participants of the first meeting of working group on commerce between Azerbaijan and Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of China have today visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of Heydar Aliyev, national leader of Azerbaijan.
The group was established as part of Azerbaijan-Chine Interstate Commission for trade and economic cooperation.
They also put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
The participants then visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who laid down their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity. They also laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
The participants viewed the city`s panoramic view from the highest point of the city.
