Obama, Medvedev discuss Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

Baku, July 12 (AzerTAc). Presidents Dmitry Medvedev of Russia and Barack Obama of the United States had a phone conversation on Monday. The Presidents discussed the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict among other issues.
As the heads of the states which co-chair the OSCE Minsk Group, Medvedev and Obama exchanged views on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.
The US President praised the Russian leader`s mediation efforts, particularly Medvedev`s hosting a recent meeting with the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Kazan.
The two presidents expressed their intention to continue coordinated steps to assist Yerevan and Baku in finding a peaceful solution to the problem.
