Tehran press conference of Sean Stone canceled
TEHRAN, Sept.8(MNA) -- Sean Stone’s press conference in Tehran scheduled on Tuesday was canceled and replaced by a conference for the Asian Games Archery Competition.
The conference was arranged for the son of U.S. film director Oliver Stone to explain about his plans for a documentary he is to make in Iran, the report added.
Based on the report, the specific date for the conference will be announced subsequently.
Stone is in Iran to do some searching for suitable locations for his doc in the upcoming days. His father is also expected to join him in a few weeks, the report said.
The father and son are coming to Iran at the invitation of a number of Iranian film investors.
Sean Stone, 26, is listed on the IMDB.com website as a documentary filmmaker and actor, and has played small roles in some of his father’s movies.
