RELIGIOUS ADVISORS, CONSULTANTS TO ASSIST HAJ PILGRIMS

MECCA (Bernama) - The Malaysian Pilgrims Management and Fund Board (Tabung Haji) has provided 37 religious advisors and three consultants to help address the concerns of Malaysian pilgrims in the Holy Land in this Haj season.
TH operations director Nukman Fadzil said the advisors and consultants have been assigned to give religious talks and briefings on the Haj at TH hostels in the cities of Medina and Mecca.
"The pilgrims have to attend six talks and two briefings while they are in Mecca and two talks and a briefing in Medina," he told a TH media task force here on Sunday.
Nukman said the three consultants are Johor Islamic Religious Council advisor Noh Gadut, Penang Mufti Hassan Ahmad and TH advisory member Ustazah Maznah Daud.
