International Media, Travel Reps In M'sia For 1Myes

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 17 (Bernama) -- Tourism Malaysia is hosting 80 participants from 13 countries under its Mega Familiarisation Programme (Mega Fam) in conjunction with the 1Malaysia Year-End Sale 2011 (1MYES). Tourism Malaysia said they comprised journalists and travel agents from Australia, Brunei, China, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Singapore and South Africa. "A string of exciting events has been organised for the participants to showcase the best of the Malaysian shopping experience," the tourism agency said in a statement Thursday. Organised by the Tourism Ministry, 1MYES offers an exciting shopping experience with great discounts at participating shopping malls and outlets.
