Malaysia Airlines' Flash Mob Performance Enthrals Arrivals At Klia

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 16 (Bernama) -- Malaysia Airlines organised a flash mob performance at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Arrival Hall recently. In a statement Monday, the airline said the performance which carried the theme "Missing You" was part of its New Year Celebration programme. Some 200 singers and dancers gave a 10-minute impromptu performance with a medley of popular hit songs in various languages and dance routine as passengers arriving at KLIA made their way out of the Arrival Hall, it said. "We think the surprise performance is a good way to encourage customers to keep Malaysia Airlines in mind when ever they travel," Malaysia Airlines’ Head of Advertising & Promotions Khairul Syahar Khalid said. An increasingly popular advertising trend worldwide, flash mob involves a group of entertainers giving a short impromptu performance at a public place and then dispersing into the crowd afterwards.
