DRAFT LAW ON DONOR SUBMITTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Parliament Speaker accepted last Friday a draft amendment to the law on donor. It has been initiated due to an increasing cases of organs transplantation surgeries. Approved by parliament in 2000, the donor law needs a regulation over relations between organ donors and patients. The amendment reflects clauses on giving an organ or blood to patients without charge, blood and organs-related transplantation, storage, usage, import and export. B.Khuder
