LAW ON CREDIT GUARANTEE PASSED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On Friday, the parliamentary session passed a draft law on credit guarantee and related top it laws after final discussions. Approved by 70.2 per cent of MPs, the law on credit guarantee is to help develop small- and middle-sized productions, especially those who, when starting a business, face problems due to difficult situation when there is no pledge to be held as security for taking loans, and when commercial banks do not issue loans.
