SECOND LIST OF APARTMENTS APPROVED WITHIN NAT'L PROGRAMME

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The cabinet approved on Friday the second list of apartments, campuses and micro districts to be erected in the city and in aimags' centers within the "100 thousand apartments" program. The first list had projects of 79 thousand flats, now 44,700 have been added reaching a total of some 124 thousand flats. Some 50 per cent of the additional 44,700 flats has a square of up to 55 sq.m. A year interest of the mortgage loan is six percent. B.Khuder
