Mohammed bin Zayed attends reception for participants in the Nuclear Security Summit 2012

Seoul, March 27, 2012 (WAM) - His Highness General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces has attended the reception hosted by South Korean President Lee Myung-bak at COEX Convention and Exhibition Centre in Seoul in honour of the heads and representatives of the delegations attending the Nuclear Security Summit 2012. The event is attended by a number of presidents and heads of states to discuss the issues of nuclear security. Earlier the South Korean President received Sheikh Mohammed, who is heading the UAE delegation, at the arrival to the venue of the Nuclear Security Summit 2012 at COEX Convention '&' Exhibition Centre. Sheikh Mohammed had attended two years ago the Washington Summit for Nuclear Security. The South Korean President welcomed Sheikh Mohammed and the UAE delegation members, wishing them good participation in the summit to address the international efforts on specific and concrete actions to secure the nuclear materials uses. The Abu Dhabi Crown Prince exchanged cordial talks and views during the reception with a number of presidents and heads of the delegations taking part in the summit, on the importance of such gatherings to address the issues of nuclear security. The UAE delegation and other participant delegations attended a dinner banquet hosted by Lee Myung-bak at the COEX Convention Centre in the honour of the delegates. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
