Abdullah bin Zayed takes part in the GCC- US Strategic Cooperation Forum

Riyadh - April 1, 2012 (WAM) - The first ministerial meeting of the GCC-US Strategic Cooperation Forum commenced here yesterday afternoon at the Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council for Arab States with participation of H. H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister. The GCC Foreign Ministers, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and the GCC Secretary General Dr Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al Zayani are taking part in the event. The form comes in the framework of resolution of the GCC leaders to bolster the bilateral relations and cooperation with the friendly countries and the world economic blocs. It will discuss the cooperation in areas of politics, economy, trade, culture, as well as the regional and international issues of mutual interest between the GCC and US. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
