Salehi Optimistic About Results Of 5+1 Talks

Tehran, April 4, IRNA – Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said he was optimistic about the results of the coming talks with 5+1 compared to the previous rounds of negotiations. Making the remarks here while talking to reporters after the Wednesday morning session of the Iranian cabinet, he said he thought the coming round of talks with 5+1 would have better results and achievements compared to the previous ones. He noted that the date for the talks has already been fixed for April 13, 2012. About the place of the talks, he said that during cabinet’s meeting this morning President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad suggested a venue for the talks which would be later declared by Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili. He said Jalili might declare Iran's suggested place today./end
