UAE's bid for Expo 2020 discussed

Paris - April 12, 2012 (WAM) - Ambassador of the UAE to France Mohammed Mer Abdullah Al-Rayesi and Secretary General of the International Exhibitions Bureau (BIE) Vicente G. Loscertales discussed the UAE's bid to host the World Expo 2020 which will be voted on by the end of 2013. Promoting relations between the UAE's embassy in Paris and the intergovernmental organisation which is in charge of overseeing the calendar, the bidding, the selection, and the organisation of World and International Expos. - Emirates News Agency, WAM
