HEALTH MINISTER MEETS AMBASSADOR OF JAPAN

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Health N.Khurelbaatar and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Mongolia Mr. Takenori Shimizu haveshared their views on Mongolia-Japan cooperation in health sector. At the meeting on April 13 the sides also touched upon the issues of investments from Japan for this sector. The sides have noted that Mongolia has started studying Japan's experience in rendering medical aid in emergency and disaster times, in preparing nurses, and in training for post-graduate medical doctors, and that some works have already launched in a from of a cooperation. They also expressed a willingness to widen the collaboration in the medical sphere. B.Khuder
