Abu Musa Governor Calls For Development Of Island

Tehran, May 1, IRNA – Iran’s Abu Musa Island Governor Seyyed Abutaleb Mousavi called for development of the region by utilizing national potentials. Mousavi made the remark in the meeting with local and provincial officials. “Holding of the Third Persian Gulf Conference in Abu Musa Island made an opportunity for introducing the Island at the national and international levels.” Iran celebrated the second day of the Third Persian Gulf Conference in Abu Musa Island in Monday. Local officials attended the second day of the ceremony in Abu Musa Island to celebrate the National Iranian Day of Persian Gulf. The third biennial international conference on the Persian Gulf opened in two universities in Tehran and Hormozgan Provinces on Sunday.
