EAST ASIAN CHILDREN'S ART FESTIVAL TO RUN

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On occasion of the 50th anniversary of Mongolia's joining the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the Children's Performing Arts Festival in East Asia will take place on August 21-26 in Ulaanbaatar. This decision was made on Wednesday by the cabinet. Necessary for the action money will be issued from the government's fund. It will be the second time for Mongolia to run this festival. Others were arranged in China, Japan and the Republic of Korea. Main aims are to ensure a participation of children and youths in protecting a culture Asia and to establish and develop a friendship. The Children's Performing Arts Festival in East Asia is to be attended by governmental delegates of the participant countries and by goodwill ambassadors of the UNESCO. B.Khuder
