CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ On Wednesday, the cabinet decided to appoint Ts.Nanzaddorj the head of the State Property Committee (SPC) replacing by him B.Zayabal, a temporary acting head of the SPC. - The cabinet discussed issues of water basins' administrative structure, staff and budgetary standards in conjunction with amending the law on water, and decided to issue a related resolution. Ministers were given orders to maintain norms of the budgetary expenditure and standards of staff. - The cabinet adopted a governmental resolution on approving the normatives of forest areas and their locations. - A governmental resolution was approved to adopt a production-sharing contract established on July 9, 2012 between the Oil Authority and "Mongolyn Alt" LLC on carrying out oil-related activity.
