PRESIDENT DISCHARGES JUDGES

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ By a decree, Mongolia's leader Ts.Elbegdorj discharged on August 16 several judges based on a proposal from the General Council of Court. D.Batsaikhan has been freed from a position of a judge of the Supreme Court due to health condition, Z.Tsengenbayar and O.Gerel--from positions of judges of Court of Ulaanbaatar due to retiring, M.Tserenbaljir--from a position of a judge of Court of Songinokhairkhan district, S.Sairan--from a position of a judge of Court on administrative cases of Bayan-Ulgii aimag, A.Saintogs--from a position of a general judge of second inter-soum court in Dornogovi aimag due office term expiry.
