MEMBERS OF NEW CABINET APPOINTED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A plenary meeting of the parliamentary session on August 17 elected some members of the new cabinet. Accordingly, Ch.Saikhanbileg has become the State Minister and head of the Cabinet Secretariat of Government; L.Bold--the Minister of Foreign Affairs; Kh.Temuujin--the Minister of Justice; Ts.Bayarsaikhan--the Minister of Construction and Urban Development; D.Bat-Erdene--the Minister of Defense; A.Gansukh--the Minister of Road and Transportation; Ms Ts.Oyungerel--the Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism; D.Gankhuyag--the Minister of Mining; Kh.Battulga--the Minister of Industry and Agriculture; Ya.Sanjmyatav--the Minister of Labour; S.Erdene--the Minister of Population Development and Social Welfare; N.Batbayar--the Minister of Economic Development; and L.Gantomor--the Minister of Education and Sciences. After the appointments, the Ministers have visited their Ministries and officially received the seals. On Sunday, the new cabinet of reforms, led by the Premier N.Altankhuyag, held its first meeting.
