FM OF AUSTRALIA TO VISIT

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Australia and senator Bob Carr will pay an official visit to Mongolia on October 1-4 at an invitation of L.Bold. The upcoming visit will be paid in frames of the 40th anniversary of the Mongolia-Australia diplomatic relations, and it will be the second visit of Australian FM to Mongolia. Within the visit, Mr. Carr will be received by the State Head and Prime Minister, then negotiations will be held between the Foreign Ministers of the countries. In addition, Mr. Carr will get acquainted with implementation course of a project realized by the Australian Development Programme, and also attend an opening ceremony of the General Consulate of Australia in Ulaanbaatar. It is considered that Australia is a big partner of Mongolia in Asia-Pacific region, and plays a main role in the activity of introducing the latest technologies and management of mining in Mongolia.
