ABOUT ESTABLISHING DIPLOMATIC TIES WITH TWO COUNTRIES

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ At a meeting on Wednesday, the parliamentary Standing committee on security and foreign policy discussed and backed a parliamentary draft resolution on establishing diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Bhutan and the Republic of Panama. For the time being, Mongolia does not have such ties with 45 UN member states. As known, 16 of them back an idea of establishing diplomatic relationship with us. This resolution was sent to parliament from the cabinet meeting held on April 25 this year. The Standing committee's proposals and conclusion will be presented by R.Gonchigdorj MP at plenary meeting of parliament soon. B.Khuder
