Iran, Iraq sign defense cooperation deal

TEHRAN,Oct.7(MNA) – During a meeting in Baghdad on Saturday, Iranian Defense Minster Ahmad Vahidi and Acting Iraqi Defense Minister Saadoun al-Dulaimi signed a defense cooperation agreement. In the agreement, the two sides called for the expansion of defense ties and emphasized that the implementation of such agreements will definitely help promote peace in the region.
