CABINET MEETING IN BRIEF

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The cabinet meeting on October 13 gave to O.Magnai, a head of the Authority for Fair Competition and Consumer Protection (AFCC), duties of the Inspector-General of the State. In accordance with the law on competition, the AFCC head becomes as such with a right to appoint or discharge chief inspectors and state inspectors. - The cabinet backed a draft law on joining the Agreement for the establishment of the International Anti-Corruption Academy as an international organisation. The bill will be submitted to the State Great Khural. - The cabinet backed a draft state policy on developing civil aviation sector and decided to submit it to parliament. B.Khuder
