DEPUTY PREMIER WORKS IN ARKHANGAI

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Deputy Prime Minister D.Terbishdagva gave a report to authorities of Arkhangai aimag on a policy and activities of the cabinet for reforms. He did it during a tour to this aimag. He also heard opinions from the aimag's authorities. Located slightly west to the country's center, Arkhangai is one of the severe climate provinces, where an annual precipitation is 300-400 mm., the cold reaches about -20 -25 C. The Deputy Premier gave orders to the aimag's authorities to develop the productions of dairy products by combining the animal husbandry and land farming, to augment jobs in every soum, to support creative sectors. Arkhangai will celebrate its 90th anniversary next year, said the aimag's governor Yo.Baatarbileg and briefed on the planned works for the anniversary asking to give help in realizing some measures. It concerns, for example, working out technical and economic justifications for a thermal power station, and renovating facilities of the aimag's firefighting unit. B.Khuder
