MONGOLIA WILL TRANSFER TO DIGITAL SYSTEM

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ A transference of Mongolian radio and TV broadcasting to the digital system (Digital TV) will begin in July 31 of 2014. This step has been reflected in the governmental related national programme approved in 2010. The Mongolian radio and TV will transfer to the European standards. Digital Video Broadcasting or DVB is the protocol that is set in place to define how digital broadcasting will take place making use of various types of audio and video communication networks.
