Iran, Iraq to boost technical-vocational co-op

TEHRAN,Oct.24(MNA) - Iran and Iraq have signed a deal in Baghdad, according to which the two neighbors will expand cooperation in technical and vocational fields, the dolat.ir reported on Tuesday. Cooperatives ministers of the two sides signed the deal. Iran pledged to provide Iraq with technical and engineering expertise, dispatch technical and vocational trainers and hold related courses in Iraq. Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast has said that the value of trade turnover between Tehran and Baghdad will reach $12-15 billion in the current Iranian year (ends on March 20, 2013).
