Thai PM:Government will maintain national stability
BANGKOK, November 24 (TNA) - Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra says that the government has to maintain national stability, which is vital for strengthening the Thai economy.
Yingluck also told the public during her weekly TV and radio programme on Saturday that she noticed when visiting several countries that foreign investors have given high interests for investment in Asia; so, Thailand needs to be well prepared by further developing basic infrastructure to cater for future growth.
Yingluck pointed out that Thailand also needs to further improve its products and to conclude more free trade agreements (FTAs) with trading partners, promising that her administration will listen to opinions of private business operators before signing the FTAs.
According to the prime minister, her government has invited foreign business operators to expand their investment into Thailand, particularly in mega-infrastructure projects. (TNA)
