BOK to ease restrictions on foreign currency loans

SEOUL, Oct. 27 (Yonhap) -- South Korea's central bank said Monday it will soften restrictions on the use of foreign currency loans in a bid to help ease borrowers' financial burdens from the sharply sliding local currency.
