RI Shows Ten Main Products In HLPEP Meeting In Bali

Jakarta, March 27 (Antara) - Indonesian Ministry of Industry shows ten of its main products in an exhibition held in line with the 4th Meeting of High Level Panel of Eminent Persons (HLPEP) in Nusa Dua, Bali on Wednesday. "Apart from promoting the main products, the international scale exhibition is also expected to extend the country`s export," a press release issued by Industry Ministry quoted the Industry minister MS Hidayat as saying on Wednesday. In the exhibition which takes place on March 26-27 in Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, the government showed furniture, handicrafts, shoes, textile, processed food, processed palm oil, medical equipment, agricultural machinery, automotive and processed rubber. Such exhibit was also visited by Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, accompanied by First Lady, Ani Yudhoyono, and his counterpart Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and Ellen Johnson Sirleaf of Liberia jointly chaired the 4th Meeting High Level Panel of Eminent Persons (HLPEP) on Post-2015 Development Agenda in Nusa Dua, Bali. According to Industry minister MS Hidayat, the ten main products have given major contribution to exports earning and as prime mover of national economic growth.
