Kazakhstan, Astana, July 3 / Trend D.Mukhtarov / Former Minister of Kazakhstan's Oil Ministry, Sauat Mynbayev, was appointed the new chairman of the board of NC KazMunaiGas JSC by the corresponding decree of the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev, NC KazMunaiGas JSC reported.
