U.S. Citizen Found Dead In Bali

Denpasar, Bali, Feb 17 (Antara) - The Police of Bali provincial region of Denpasar Timur has been investigating the death of a US citizen in his residence in Jalan Banteng here. "We are still investigating the cause of death. We are not sure yet about the motive behind the murder," Police of Denpasar Timur Chief Commisioner Ikhwan Lazuardi asserted here on Monday. Paul Raturel (54) from California was found dead, in his room, with blood stains, on Monday at 12 a.m. local time. Blood was also found in the living room while Paul`s room was in a mess. A number of Paul`s valuable items were lost. A witness, Wayan Suwanto, 27, confirmed that he last met Paul, who is known to be a crafts entrepreneur, when he visited Paul at his residence on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 12 a.m. local time. When he found Paul was dead, Wayan informed the neighbors and called the police.
