FINANCIAL REGULATORY COMMISSION CONVENES

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A regular session of the Financial Regulatory Commission convened on April 9. At the session, issues regarding launching of Merex JSC’s primary market trading on April 10, delisting of Darkhan Impex JSC’s securities and revoking of the license of “Ten D Sec” LLC, “NIKI” LLC, “UGS” LLC, “Tengri Securities” LLC and “Mon Khan Trade” LLC were discussed and approved, reports the Public Relations Department of the Mongolian Stock Exchange.
