ENERGY SECTOR TO COOPERATE WITH FOREIGN INVESTORS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ During the "Energy Mongolia-2014" international conference, Mongolia has established a memorandum on mutual understanding with five foreign investors. This document has been inked by B.Amarsanaa, the CEO of “Erchim” Corporation, by Mr Hur Myun Pang, a director “Asia Holdings” company, by Mr Lee Sung Hak, a manager of “Hyandai Heavy Industries”, and by Mr Park Sung Cheol, a director of “Meritz Securities”. This is a part of actions of short-term goals of the energy sector aimed to increase capacity based on domestic thermal and power energy, and intensify international cooperation focused on the sector's competitiveness. In frames of the cooperation, the sides intend to set up a comprehensive station, develop distribution network of energy product trade, introduce here the latest hi tech, erect mobile power plant in order to get connected to internationally-standardized smart network.
