PRIME MINISTER ATTENDS SOCIAL EVENTS IN OMNOGOBI

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Prime Minister N.Altankhuyag Tuesday attended an opening of a 50-bed maternity house in Omnogobi aimag’s center, and then got acquainted with a regional diagnosis-treatment center. The maternity house was built with a capital of MNT 3.2 billion in frames of the great construction in the health sector. “This maternity house,which might receive soon our 3-millionth citizen, will significantly contribute to improving of the medical sphere, particularly, medical aid services and adequacy for children," the Premier underlined. The house is fully provided with facilities and equipment with investment from the local budget and is connected to the national tele medicine network which is being implemented by a governmental project of Luxembourg. After this, the Premier met teachers and pupils of Dalanzadgad-based laboratory school and got familiarized himself with implementation of a modernized programme. This school has furnished its 28 rooms with the latest hi tech such as smart boards and others and have founded fully equipped laboratories for physics and chemistry subjects. Some 216 million Togrog were allotted from the local budget for these works, moreover, a teacher’s development center has been established as well.
