PREMIER ON HIS WORKING VISIT TO UAE

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At the press conference at Chingis Khaan airport, called upon the arrival from UAE on May 21, the Premier Ch.Saikhanbileg spoke about other outcomes of this working visit to this country. He said that, with his Emirates counterpart and deputy head of state of the UAE Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum he had considered the ways of intensifying the relations between the two countries. Present were also the ministers of the UAE. The Emirates side said that it can invest in Mongolia in case the two sides conclude agreements on double taxation, on investment protection and on Ulaanbaatar-Dubai direct flights. The Mongolian and the UAE Premiers agreed to make decision in the near future about opening Embassies. With the Deputy PM and Minister of Internal Affairs of the UAE he had discussed about sending Mongolian police officers to the UAE for specialized trainings on social security; with the Emirates President’s son, his advisor and a member of Investment Council Sultan Bin Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan he had decided that some influential members of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Dubai and Abu Dhabi are to visit Mongolia, he said. The State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance Kh.Gantsogt had inked a Memorandum of Understanding with the CIB Financial Group in Abu Dhabi,"this document directs an establishment of an investment fund with circulating capital of one billion US dollars to be dedicated to implementation of large development projects of Mongolia," the PM said. "The good news from the past few days indicate that there are plenty of opportunities before us, once we unite our strength," he stressed.
